Why????
Why do huge freaking ROACHES always pick the bathroom to take up residence in? If the thing were lounging on my pillow, I'd survive, kitchen counter? no problems, dining table? I'd make do. But the bathroom, the one place in the house you can only avoid for so long. They wait to show their ugly selves until you are committed, and all you can do is sit there in terror with your feet off the floor. And once you escape there's no way you can go back in there until at least daylight, which for me is just impossible. Could someone please explain this to me?

My mother-in-law swears that roaches won't cross a line of Borax. So, theoretically, you could control their movements? The other answer is to get your own place where you can eradicate them -- regardless of the neighbors infestations.
Good luck.

I'm a believer in Combat Roach Baits, I had just taken the old ones out a couple weeks ago, and finally replaced them yesterday. At least the disgusting thing was checking the bait out, but since I'd only bought the normal sized roach baits and not the huge freaking ROACH sized bait it was probably not big enough for him.

Makes you wonder if better living through chemestry applies to mamba jamba roaches who are able to be reincarnated from a chemical hell. Maybe you should make a bed for it in there, if it's comfortable it might not terrorize you.
