Honey, you're a little young for me.

The sun was out today, which is a good thing because my driver side windshield wiper decided to mutiny a couple days ago. After some investigating I determined the problem is in the linkage, well beyond my girl-power skills. The car was over due for an oil change and in desperate need of a good washing, so I went to the place I get my oil changed (normally), and took care of that as well as soliciting advice from the attendant on my wiper problem. Of course, his recommendation is not open until Monday, when rain is back in the forcast.

The energy in the spring air was amazing, I decided to spend the last few minutes outside as my car went through the spin cycle. While I was standing there, soaking up the sun, the door beside me opened and a mother with her young son walked out. The little boy thought my legs were someone else's and he headed directly for them, hiding his face into me. There are few things in life as memorable as being felt up by a three year old, his mother and I shared a good laugh when he realized I was not who he thought I was. The horror. I hope he finds a good counselor when he grows up.
