Who comes up with this stuff?
"This message is for (insert name of person I've never met)", says the pre-recorded voice of a debt collection service on my answering machine. "By continuing to listen you are acknowleging you are (insert name of person I've never met, who may have rented my house at one time but who has never had my phone number)."
Ummmmm.... yeah, I'm sure that would hold up in court.
